Temperature (and Humidity) test chamber Platinous J

Series ESPEC Platinous J it is the family of the temperature and humidity chambers, which consist of four types of chambers with volumes from 120 to 800 litres.
Seria J is an eighth generation of Platinous chambers – J stands for Japan Made, it is the shortest possible description of those chambers. Optimal construction, proven by customers, highest quality, reliability in working and latest technical solutions, they are basic features of mentioned chambers. Unique construction of  temperature regulation systems allowed for significantly decreasing the energy consumption – for some settings of parameters even 70% when comparing to chambers which are available in the market.

• Available in versions: climatic test chamber (controlling of temperature and humidity) – types PR, PL i PSL or temperature test chamber (controlling of temperature) – types PU i PG,
• Special versions for low humidities, series PDR/PDL – temperature range from -20 or -40 to +100 °C, humidity control range from 5 to 98 %RH,
• Special versions for tests with higer temperatures and higher humidities, PHP series – temperature range from +10 to +100 °C, humidity range from 40 to 98 %RH,
• Minimal temperatures: -20, -40 lub -70 °C,
• Maximum temperatures: +100 °C, possibility of extending to +150 °C or +180 °C,
• Temperature change rate according to PN-EN 60068-3-5: 3 °C/min for heating, 2 °C/min for cooling,
• Relative humidity control range from 20 to 98 %RH,
• Test chamber and housing made from stainless steel,

• Controller euquipped with touch screen TFT display 16,5 cm,
• 10 pre-programed tests i.e: IEC 68-2-30 i MIL-STD 810,
• Possibility of saving up to 40 user tests, each with 99 steps,
• Ethernet Interface – build -in web sever: Web Manager, possibility of programming, controlling and monitoring the chamber by the web browser – Web Controller,
• Interface USB 2.0 – possibility of connecting flash type memory (pendrive) – saving parameters of the test, reading and saving programs, possibility of edit test programs using an external PC and re-transfering them back to the chamber. Back trace function: possibility of tracking chamber parameters in diagnostic purposes – when alarm occurs, the technician can remotely diagnose the chamber. Iincluded software: Pattern Manager Lite for PC which allows to making / editing / archiving / processing and saving the datas (for example, making graphs).

Temperature and Humidity Control Range

PARAMETRY

The standard family Platinous J chambers contains three groups of test chambers which differs in minimum temperature: PR from -20 to 100 ° C, PL from -40 to 100 ° C, and PSL from -70 to 100 ° C. Optionally, for each type, the upper temperature can be modified to +150 or 180 ° C. Detailed data for all chambers are given in the tables below.
