With the dust chamber SK 1000 it is possible to do testing in accordance to the most important international standards as EN 60529. In the EN 60529, the figure 2 shows the concept of a dust chamber. The design and construction of the dust chamber SK 1000 is conform to the EN 60529.

Features

  • Internal dimensions of the test chamber: 1000 x 1200 (width) mm x 1000 mm,
  • External dimensions of the test chamber: 1930 mm, width 1280 mm, depth 1850 mm, weight ca. 550 kg,
  • The maximal load of the test rust is 50 kg,
  • Switchable lighting in the test chamber,
  • Windscreen wiper in the door of the dust chamber,
  • 100mm Ø feed through in the dust chamber (e.g. for inserting cables),
  • Switchable 230V socket in the test chamber,
  • The special painting inside the dust chamber allows easy cleaning, which is important when the type of dust must be changed,
  • The dust chamber is equipped with swivel castors (2 without brake and 2 with brake),
  • Power Supply: 230 V / 50 Hz, 10 A,
  • Compressed air supply: 0.3-0.6 MPa.

Options

The vacuum system for testing after IP6X

  • The measuring range of the pressure sensor is 0 to -25 mbar,
  • The measuring range of the flow meter is from 0,4 do 6 m3.
