Klimatest Calibration Laboratory has an accreditation AP 144 of Polish Centre for Accreditation (www.pca.gov.pl) according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. From years this laboratory provides the calibration services for temperature and relative humidity measurements at customer’s sites. It is our pleasure to inform our customers that now we can provide as well the calibration in our stationery laboratory in Wroclaw.
In terms of accreditation our stationery calibration laboratory offers the following services:
Relative humidity
Calibration of climatic chambers (relative humidity and temperature):
Measurement range: (10 ÷ 98) %RH at t = (20 ÷ 80) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 2,0 %RH*,
Measurement range: (10 ÷ 98) %RH at t = (80 ÷ 90) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 2,5 %RH*
Natężenie napromienienia (w urządzeniach z symulacją światła słonecznego produkcji firmy ATLAS),Calibration of hygrometers, thermohygrometers:
Measurement range: (20 ÷ 95) %RH at t = (10 ÷ 70) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 1,5 %RH.
Temperature (electic thermometry):
Climatic chambers:
Measurement range: (-75 ÷ 130) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 0,2 %°C
Thermostatic chambers
Measurement range: (130 ÷ 180) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 0,3 %°C
Calibration and measurement
Measurement range: (180 ÷ 250) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 0,5 %°C
Electric thermometers (includes electronic thermometers)
Measurement range: (-50 ÷ 60) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 0,2 %°C

Measurement range: (60 ÷ 120) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 0,3 %°CMeasurement range: (120 ÷ 180) °C, Uncertainty for CMC 0,6 %°C (in thermostatic chamber)
In terms of accreditation our external calibration laboratory (measurements at customer site) offers the following services:

After the calibration in the range of certification we issue the Calibration Certificate with logo of PCA. The mentioned uncertainty levels are extended uncertainty levels at confidence level equal to 95% and extension coefficient k=2.
Klimatest Calibration Laboratory offers as well other measurement services not covered by our range of accreditation:
Mechanical vibration – sine, random and shock (for vibration shakers and systems – mechanical, electro magnetic and hydraulic),
Irradiation and irradiance (measured in lightfastness and accelerated weathering equipment of Atlas MTT),
Black Standard Temperature BST, surface measurements (measured in lightfastness and accelerated weathering equipment of Atlas MTT),
Differential pressure (electronic pressure meters build in instruments),
Force (friction and peel measurement testers).
Calibration of thermometers, hygrometers and thermo hygrometers used in light and weather simulation instruments.
The specific construction of weather simulation instruments does not allow in many cases to achieve the stable temperature and relative humidity conditions. This can be caused by the factors like ventilation of working space, impulse humidification, variable fan speed, not good enough thermal insulation of working volume, etc.
The requirement of parameters stability is the base for proper and objective measurement performance in calibration procedure.
In order to achieve these conditions Klimatest Calibration Laboratory created the stand for stationery calibration of mentioned above meters. This allows us to limit the calibration errors. The instrument must be detached from weather simulation instrument and send to our laboratory for calibration.
